Optometrist
Dr Zebin Dholasaniya is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist born and raised in Friendswood, Texas. Dr Z received her Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Doctor of Optometry with honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she received extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. During her academic career, she received several clinical letters of excellence for patient care and was inducted into the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society for exemplifying leadership and service to the college and profession.
Dr. Z has a passion for primary vision care, myopia management, and pediatric eye care. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating dry eyes, binocular vision disorders, glaucoma, and retinal diseases.
She believes that eye health is an essential part of overall wellness, and she strives to educate and empower all her patients to make informed decisions about their vision and health.
Her dedication extends beyond the clinic, as she has participated in the See to Succeed outreach program, providing eye exams to underserved school-aged children, and looks forward to continuing her volunteer work in the Fort Bend community.
Dr. Z is an active member of the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. When she’s not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, writing poetry, traveling, and baking.
